Crispin Dye, Commercial Advisor
Crispin Dye is a Venture Associate within the Investment Team at Sprout. In this role, Crispin is responsible for conducting due diligence on potential investments, identifying promising opportunities, presenting these to the Sprout Investment Committee, and supporting the success of portfolio companies.
Crispin began his career working as an Analyst at Wellington UniVentures, working within the Commercialisation team to translate research into commercial impact across the full spectrum of scientific disciplines. His expertise spans the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with a strong focus on science and technology commercialisation.
Crispin is a deep-tech and biotech enthusiast who is passionate about bringing cutting edge science to the world through venture. He loves the challenge of identifying how technologies can fit into the market to have global impact, and working with people using innovation to make change in the world.
Crispin holds a Master's degree in Drug Discovery and Development from Victoria University of Wellington, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Otago.
